Have you ever experienced the challenge of managing a difficult conversation at work? We can help learn strategies to communicate calmly and respectfully during challenging conversations such as giving and receiving feedback at work and managing disagreements. We will focus on empathic listening and dialogue, and providing constructive feedback. This programs is immediately proceeded by: Seal the Deal: Closing statements… For: Adults, ages 18+.
